The main focus of the article is about Harsh Vardhan speaking at the 2017 Business and Climate Summit in New Delhi, India. Vardhan is India's Minister of Science and Technology, and the head of the "Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change" and the Ministry of Earth Sciences. The Business and Climate Summit is an annual forum where key figures in India's government and businesses meet to discuss climate change policy, with particular regards to reducing carbon emissions. Vardhan assured the attendees that India will not let the world down regarding commitment to environmental issues, while adding that the developed nations need to live up to their own promises of assisting developing nations with various means of support.
